Aretta Communications, Inc. is a leading provider of hosted communications services for small businesses. Founded in 2005 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, our core product offerings include hosted software IP-PBX’s based on the industry leading Asterisk open-source PBX application. We offer hosted Asterisk (in a variety of distributions) using both virtualized and dedicated server configurations. Our offerings are specifically tailored and optimized for communications.

We believe that IP-PBX’s do not belong at the customer premise, rather, up into the network cloud inside a secure, managed datacenter. Most premise-based software IP-PBX’s operate on an old PC, in a dark, dank, hot closet in the back room of a business. They are typically neglected, not on a UPS, nor backed-up. Failure causes unnecessary downtime and headaches for all involved. Aretta solves this problem by offering solutions to optimize the hosting of these devices.

In addition to providing hosted software IP-PBX’s, we offer a best-in-class portfolio of related services including SIP Trunking, pre-configured VoIP phones from Polycom, and will be soon releasing other derivative telephony applications based on Asterisk including: hosted outbound/predictive dialing, hosted IVR and conference calling. We will continue to add additional hosted communications services to our portfolio of solutions in the future. Our Asterisk Support Service allows customers to get their Asterisk server configured quickly and even be completely hands-off with ongoing PBX management. Our support team has been implementing Asterisk telephony systems since 2002 and can handle all of your Asterisk support needs, whether or not the server is actually hosted with Aretta, including PBX setup, moves, adds and changes.
